Adding A New Year To Your Pool

**Please be advised that any changes made to the current year pool that were done between the new pool and Dec 31st will not be reflected in the new year pool.


Step 1:

Click the “Pool” drop-down menu at the top of your screen and select the “View Pools” option.



Step 2:

Select the “Add Year” option beside the pool you are creating a new year for.



Step 3:

Change the year of the pool to the new year you are looking to create for.


Step 4:

For your random sample interval, Veriport will automatically pull the interval from your previous pool year but you are able to change to quarterly or monthly depending on your preference.



Step 5:

You are able to set your inception date for the new year you are creating the pool for.



Step 6:

For the drug and alcohol testing percentage, you are able to set this to match your yearly testing requirements.


Step 7:

Select “Submit” at the bottom of the page.



Step 8:

Now you will be brought to the new pool year.

You will be able to switch between the pool years from the drop-down in the pools dashboard.
