Adding an Employee

  1. Click the “Employees” drop-down menu from the top menu bar.



  1. Now click “Add Employee”.

  2. You will need to input the required information for the employee: first name, last name, date of birth, phone number, ID number, ID type.

  3. If you would like you are now able to upload the employee’s identification. To do this choose “Upload” and upload a photo of the front of the ID card and then “Upload” a photo of the back of the card.

  4. Now check the toggle switch to set this donor as an active donor. You want the toggle to be showing green for an active employee, or if inactive it will show no colour.

Now click “Submit” and you have successfully added a new employee!
