Adding Donors

  1. Click the “Client” drop-down menu on the top menu bar.

  1. Select “View Clients”.

  2. Beside your client’s name click “View”.

  1. In the Donor section click the green “New” button.

  1. Fill in the donor’s information; first and last name, date of birth, donor ID, and type of ID used.

  2. If you would like you are able to add the donor’s ID to their file. To do this you will need to “Add a photo” of the front of their ID card and then “Add a photo” of the back of the card.

  3. Next is the toggle switch to set this donor as an active donor. You want the toggle to be showing green or, if inactive, it will show no colour.

       8. Finally, click “Submit” and the new donor has been created!
