Adding Verification (QR Code) to your On-Site Tests

**If you have multiple test templates you will need to update these settings for each template.


Step 1:

Click the drop-down next to your username and select the “Settings” option.



Step 2:

Now from the menu on the left side of your screen undet the “Tests” section select “Test Management”.



Step 3:

Under the “Manage Test” section of the page that shows, select the “...” next to the test template you would like the Verification (QR Code) enabled for.



Step 4:

From this drop-down menu select the “Edit” option.



Step 5:

Now you will be brought to the test template page. Select the “Settings” option from the top of the page.



Step 6:

From the window that pops up scroll down to the “Core Field Settings” section. In this section you will see all of the options that you are able to choose to show on your verification page.



Step 7:

Under the fields you would like to show on the Verification page ensure the checkmark is showing next to the “Display In” option.



Step 8:

Once you have chosen the fields you would like to show on the verification page, select “Close” at the bottom of the page.



Step 9:

Now select “Save” at the top of the template edit page to ensure the settings you have just updated have been saved.



You should now see a QR code at the top of new test reports created using this template.
