Creating a New Employee Profile
If a test report cannot be matched to an existing employee, you can create a new employee profile directly from the dashboard.
Steps to Create a New Profile
- Click the "+ New" button on the Employee table.
- Enter the employee's full name
- Optionally, the date of birth.
- You may also enter the employee’s CDL number and select the country, state, or province of issuance. This is optional but recommended for employees subject to DOT regulations.
- Review the information to ensure accuracy.
- Click Save to create the profile and complete the report match.
Note
Entering the CDL and jurisdiction helps meet DOT compliance requirements and ensures accurate tracking of regulated employees.
