Delivering Reports

Delivering Reports

*Once a report has been delivered you will no longer be able to edit the report.


Step 1:

Scroll to the “Tests to be Delivered” section of your dashboard.



Step 2:

  1. If you are needing to deliver multiple reports select the checkbox to the left of the result for all the results you wish to deliver. Once you have a selection you will see the “Deliver Selected Reports” button appear at the top of the undelivered reports section.



  1. If you are just needing to deliver a single report select the “Deliver” button on the right side beside the undelivered report.




Once you have delivered the report if you have a client user set for the client they would receive a notification based on the notification preferences they have been set up with.
