You can connect your Veriport account to DrugPak so that reports you receive from your MRO in Veriport are automatically sent to DrugPak and imported into your DrugPak account.
Step 1
Ensure that you have the appropriate module installed by DrugPak for MRO imports. Please contact DrugPak support for more information on this.
Step 2
Request a user name and password from Veriport support for SFTP access
Step 3
Configure the "Import Settings" in DrugPak as follows:
- Lab: Select your Veriport MRO from the dropdown
- File Type: JSON
- Data Source: SFTP
- Host : Host: sftp.veriport.app
- Port: 22
- Directory: /
- User Name: As provided by Veriport support
- Password: As provided by Veriport support
Step 5
Notify Veriport support that your DrugPak account has been configured.
Step 6
Now in the Veriport dashboard interface you will have the option to deliver reports to DrugPak instead of to your Veriport Client account.
Notes
- We recommened turning on "Auto Deliver" reports to remove a step in the process.
- It will take DrugPak about 30 minutes (or less) to import the results as they check periodically for new reports and do not import on demand.
- Change requests and assignment to the correct Client will still happen in Veriport. This ensures the correct data is sent to DrugPak along with the PDF copy of the MRO's report.
