Edit Reasons for Test

Step 1:

Select the drop-down arrow beside your username at the top right corner of your screen.


Step 2:

Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.


Step 3:

Select “Reasons for Test” under the Tests section on the left side of your screen.


Step 4:

Now select the “Edit Reasons for Tests” button that appears on the screen.


Step 5:

Select the “Add new Option” button at the bottom of the window.


Step 6:

Now you will need to enter the new reason you would like to add. For example: Medical Monitoring. The Select Value is the value that will appear in the dropdown. The Report Value will automatically mirror the reason entered, however, you are able to edit this if you want a different value to appear on the report.


Step 7:

Once you have entered the new reason select the “Save” option at the bottom of the window.


Step 8:

Now you should see a pop-up confirmation that your changes have been saved.


Step 9:

Now when entering a Custom Test you will be able to choose your newly added reason for testing.
