Edit Reasons for Test

Step 1:

Select the drop-down arrow beside your username at the top right corner of your screen.



Step 2:

Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.



Step 3:

Select “Reasons for Test” under the Tests section on the left side of your screen.


Step 4:

Now select the “Edit Reasons for Tests” button that appears on the screen.


Step 5:

Select the “Add new Option” button at the bottom of the window.



Step 6:

Now you will need to enter the new reason you would like to add. For example: Medical Monitoring. The Report Value will automatically mirror the reason entered, you are able to enter a short form for this if you would like for example MMO for Medical Monitoring.



Step 7:

Once you have entered the new reason select the “Save” option at the bottom of the window.



Step 8:

Now you should see a pop-up confirmation that your changes have been saved.



Step 9:

Now when entering a Point-Of-Care Test you will be able to choose your newly added reason for testing.
