Generating Participation Reports for Pools
The following are instructions for generating a participation report in Veriport
First, select the “View Pools” option from the “Pools” drop-down menu. This will take you to the page that will show you the pools you have for the selected year.
If you do not see the pool you are looking for in the year selected, you may select a different year from the year drop-down above the list of pools.
Beside the name of the pool you would like to generate the report for select “Report”.
At the bottom of the page there is a section called “Participation Report”, select the calendar icon to choose the timeframe you would like to create the report for. There are some preselected choices for you but if you require a specific timeframe select “Custom Range” and select the start and end dates for the report.
Once you are satisfied with the timeframe you have chosen, select the “Apply” button.
Now beside the calendar icon select the “Run Report” button. Now the program will create the report for you.
You now have the option to filter the report for the results you could be specifically looking for (ex: by employer, active pool months, by the user that last added/removed employee, ect).
Once you have filtered the report to your satisfaction you have the option to export the filtered results or export all of the results.
