How to Replace a Random Pool Donor
**Once you replace a donor, you are not able to put the previous name back.
First, select “Pools” from the menu at the top of your screen, then view pools from the drop-down menu.
Now select “View” beside the pool you want to change the donor of the random test for.
In the Random Samples section select “View” next to the period that you need to replace the sample in.
Beside the donor’s name that you want to replace, select the “Replace” button.
The system will then ask you if you are sure that you would like to complete this action, if you would like to continue with replacing the donor select “Ok”.
**Once you have replaced the donor, you are not able to go back and put the previous donor back.
When the system replaces the donor, you will see a notification at the top of your screen telling you that it has “Replaced (previous donor’s name) with (new donor’s name)”.
