How to set a Donor as active or inactive

  1. Click the “Client” drop-down menu on the top menu bar.



  1. In that drop-down select the “View Clients” option.

  2. Beside the client’s name that the donor is associated with, click the “View” button.



  1. In the Donor section click the “Show All” button. This option will show you all of the donors for this client.



  1. Now beside the donors name that you want to switch to active or inactive select the “Update” option. This option allows you to update the donors information and status.

  2. At the bottom of the page you will see a toggle switch, you may click this switch to set the donor as active or inactive. Green is active, no colour is inactive.

      7. Once you have set the employee as active or inactive click “Submit” and you have updated this donor.

NOTE: If a donor is in a pool, they are unable to be set as inactive until they have been removed from the pool.
