Step 1:
Select the “Client” option from the menu at the top of your screen.
Step 2:
Select the “Import/Export” option from the drop-down menu.
Step 3:
From the “Clients” tab select the three lines in the top right corner.
Step 4:
From this menu select the “Download Template” option, and the template will download into a csv file.
You will now able to load the csv file into google docs or excel to fill in the template, the first row of the template has been filled in with an example of how your clients information would need to appear.
*To import your clients using the template you will need to ensure all the template fields are filled in with the format shown in the example.
*The import format for the country and province/state can be found on the import page.
Step 5:
Once you have completed the template and are ready to begin importing your client list select the three lines from the the top right corner of the Clients import page and choose the “Import” option.
Step 6:
From the box that opens select the “Choose File” option and select your completed client template file.
Step 7:
Once the file has loaded select the “Import” option.
Step 8:
Once the client has been imported you will see a success message in the top right corner of your screen letting you know you have successfully imported your clients.
