In-Network – Outbound

In-Network – Outbound

The In-Network – Outbound tab of the Network Dashboard allows you, as a requester (TPA), to manage test requests sent to providers (CSPs) that will be fulfilled using your own lab, MRO, and testing supplies. These are considered in-network tests.

This workflow ensures that you retain control of the testing process, from collection to result delivery, using your selected vendors and procedures. Results are returned directly to you via Veriport after MRO review using your designated accounts.

Tab Structure

This tab contains four tables to support discovery, setup, and management of in-network test requests:

1. In-Network Service Requests Made

This section lists pending test requests that you’ve sent to providers and are awaiting approval.

  • Monitor which requests are still pending acceptance by the provider
  • Edit or withdraw a request if a provider is unresponsive
  • Track submission timestamps for request accountability

2. In-Network Service Requests

This table displays all approved and active requests that are in progress with providers.

  • Track scheduled appointments, collection status, and in-transit updates
  • Confirm that samples are routed through your chosen lab and MRO
  • View test progression and follow up on any delays

3. In-Network Collection Sites

This section lists all providers you’ve added to your in-network for test collection.

  • Review and manage your existing provider relationships
  • Ensure coverage in key geographic areas
  • Remove or update sites as needed

4. Available Collection Sites

This is a searchable directory of potential providers that you can add to your network.

  • Search by location, service type, or provider name
  • Evaluate providers before inviting them into your in-network
  • Expand your reach by connecting with new CSPs

Key Considerations

  • In-network tests must use your lab and MRO accounts
  • Supplies are typically sent directly to the provider or maintained on-site
  • Results are routed directly to your account in Veriport
  • Only add providers to your in-network that are trained on your preferred process

Use this tab to maintain control over the testing workflow, build reliable provider relationships, and ensure consistency in result quality and turnaround time.
