Now enter the lab account number in the “Number” section.

Step 6:

Next select the lab this account number is under from the list provided.

Step 7:

Now you are able to associate the lab account with a client or your TPA account by searching the name you would like to associate it with.

  1. If it is your main account (house account) associate your own TPA account with the lab account number.
  2. Once this is completed, if you have subaccounts setup under this main account you will be able to associate the subaccount with each Client account which will auto-assign reports to the correct client.
  3. If you lab does not support the parent/child lab account system, and instead supports delimited account numbers, you may associate the account number with a Client directly.
    1. For example Dynacare parent account 1234 would be assigned to your TPA account, and sub account 999 would be assigned to the correct Client.
    2. With CRL though, your parent account AAA.DOT1.REF1 woudld be assigned to your TPA account, but AAA.DOT1.ABCTRUCKING would be assigned to your Client.
    3. Contact Veriport support for more information.
Step 9:

Once all the information has been entered select “Submit”.
