Matching Reports to Your Employees
When a test report is received, it will appear at the top of your Company Dashboard. These reports need to be matched to an employee profile.
How to Match a Report
- From the dashboard, locate the report you want to match.
- Click the Match button next to the report.
- Veriport will search your employee list and show possible matches based on the information in the report.
- If the correct employee appears, select the employee and confirm the match.
- If no match is found, you can create a new employee profile by clicking Create New.
Tips
- Make sure employee profiles are accurate and up to date.
- Matching ensures the report is properly stored under the employee’s record for future reference.
