From the “Clients” drop-down in the menu at the top of your screen select “View Clients”.
Select “View” beside the client’s name the donor you would like to merge is under.
Now scroll down to the Donor section of the client and select the “Merge Donors” option.
Now you will be able to search and select the donor’s you are looking to merge. Please note you are only able to merge 2 donor’s at a time.
Once you have selected your donors to merge select “Next” at the bottom of the page.
Now you are able to select the data fields you would like to keep before merging. Once you have selected the correct information select the “Merge” button at the bottom of the screen.
Next you will be asked to confirm that you would like to proceed with the merge and display the following message and list the records that will be affected.
To complete the merge you will need to confirm you would like to complete the merge by selecting “Ok” at the bottom of the page.
It will take a moment or two for the merge to complete, once it has completed you will be brought back to your main dashboard.
