Network Dashboard – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
This FAQ covers the most common questions from both requesters (TPAs) and providers (CSPs) using the Veriport Network. Topics include test requests, service setup, billing, Stripe Connect, and troubleshooting.
General
- What is the difference between in-network and out-of-network?
In-network tests use the requester’s lab, MRO, and supplies. Out-of-network tests are performed using the provider’s lab, MRO, and supplies.
- Where do I manage test requests?
Use the Network Dashboard’s Inbound and Outbound tabs, depending on your role and network type.
- Can I cancel a request after it's submitted?
Yes, but both parties must approve the cancellation. Submit a request and wait for the other party’s response.
- Can I leave notes on a request?
Yes. Click the message icon in the Comments column. Notes marked as “Private” are only visible to your organization.
For Requesters (TPAs)
- How do I request services from a provider?
Click “View Services” from the In-Network Collection Sites or Out-of-Network Service Providers table, check the needed services, and click “Request Service.”
- How do I pay for services?
Add a credit card in Settings > Stripe Payment Management. Charges are authorized at the time of order and billed once per day.
- When is my credit card charged?
Charges are batched and billed once daily to reduce the number of transactions on your card statement.
- Where can I find monthly billing statements?
Veriport provides downloadable statements each month to assist with financial reconciliation and audit support via your Stripe account.
- Can I respond to a provider’s modified request?
Yes. You can approve or decline any changes to the service date or additional fees before the request is accepted.
- Can I add multiple providers to my network?
Yes. Use the “Available Collection Sites” tab to browse and add providers to your in-network list.
- How do I track service progress?
Status updates appear in your dashboard under the different Status columns in the Network's tables. You'll see stages such as Accepted, In Progress, and Completed.
- Are taxes added to the service cost?
Yes, Veriport will always collect taxes for each Service ordered. If a provider collects tax and has configured a tax ID, applicable taxes will be included on the provider's invoice to Veriport when the Service has been completed.
- How do I dispute a charge?
Contact Veriport Support with the test request ID and issue details. Billing adjustments are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Can I export request data?
Monthly statements summarize all activity. For bulk data exports, contact support.
For Providers (CSPs)
- How do I accept or modify a test request?
From the “Service Requests Received” table, choose to Approve, Reject, Add Additional Fee, or Change the Service Date.
- How do I propose a new service date?
Select “Change Service Date” when reviewing a request, enter the new availability, and submit for the requester’s approval.
- How do I add an additional fee?
Choose “Add Additional Fee,” input the amount and reason, and wait for requester approval before proceeding.
- How do I deliver a completed test?
Navigate to “Out-of-Network To Be Delivered,” upload the final MRO-reviewed result, and mark the request as delivered.
- How do I get paid?
Set up Stripe Connect. You’ll receive 100% of your listed service fee after test completion. Veriport fees are added on top of your price, not deducted.
- What is Stripe Connect?
A secure payment processor that transfers funds to your bank after services are completed. Stripe also handles tax compliance if configured.
- How do I set in-network pricing?
Edit a collection site and enter pricing under the “Set In-Network Service Pricing” section for each service offered at that location.
- How do I configure out-of-network services?
Go to Settings > Network Testing Services to define the lab and other test services you offer. These are later priced per site.
- How do I assign pricing for out-of-network services?
Edit a site and enter prices under “Out-of-Network Lab Test Services” or “Out-of-Network Other Test Services.”
- How do I remove a service from a site?
Edit the site, find the service in the pricing section, and clear the price field to remove it from availability.
- Can I offer different services at each site?
Yes. Pricing and service availability are configured per site, allowing each location to have a unique service offering.
- How do I enable a collection site?
Edit the site and toggle “Enable Collection Services” on. Only enable sites your organization owns or directly operates may be added to the network.
- Can I define my own test names and devices?
Yes. When creating out-of-network services, specify the test name, device, and panel code or equipment as you'd like it shown in the network.
- How do I track where I’m in-network?
Use the “Networked Collection Sites” table under In-Network Inbound to see which requesters have added you to their network.
- What happens if I reject a service request?
The requester is notified and can choose another provider. No further action is required on your part.
