Out-of-Network – Inbound

Out-of-Network – Inbound

The Out-of-Network – Inbound tab on the Network Dashboard is where you, as a provider (CSP), manage test requests submitted by requesters (TPAs) that require you to perform the collection and handle the entire testing process using your own lab, MRO, and supplies. These are considered out-of-network tests.

Once completed, results must be reviewed by your MRO and then submitted to Veriport, where they are made available to the requester. This workflow enables you to act as a full-service provider, independently of the requester’s lab or MRO setup.

Tab Structure

This tab contains three key tables that guide you through the lifecycle of an out-of-network test request:

1. Out-of-Network Service Requests Received

This section lists incoming test requests that are waiting for your response. These have been initiated by a requester but are not yet approved by you.

  • Review request details such as location, service type, and requested timing
  • Accept or decline the request based on your availability or capabilities
  • Communicate with the requester if clarification is needed before approval

2. Out-of-Network Service Requests

This table contains all approved and in-progress test requests that you are actively handling.

  • Schedule the collection and carry out the test using your procedures
  • Submit samples to your designated lab and initiate MRO review
  • Track test status internally and prepare for result submission

3. Out-of-Network To Be Delivered

This section displays completed tests that are ready to be delivered back to the requester through Veriport.

  • Ensure MRO-reviewed results are accurate and final
  • Confirm report delivery within Veriport
  • Mark the service as delivered to close the request

Key Considerations

  • You are responsible for all aspects of the testing process: collection, lab analysis, and MRO review
  • Timely result delivery is crucial—ensure all steps are completed before marking as delivered
  • Requesters will see status updates once results are uploaded to Veriport
  • Pricing and service scope are determined by your organization

This tab gives you full control over out-of-network requests and enables you to serve requesters who do not have lab, MRO, or supply infrastructure in place for a given test.
