Removing Services from a Collection Site
If you no longer wish to offer specific test services at a particular collection site, you can remove them directly from that site’s profile in Settings > Collection Sites. This ensures requesters (TPAs) only see accurate, up-to-date offerings for your locations.
Why Remove a Service?
You may want to delete a service from a site if:
- The testing capability is no longer available at that location
- Staffing or equipment changes have altered your site’s offerings
- You are consolidating services to other locations
How to Remove a Service
- Go to your Collection Sites page.
- Select the collection site you wish to edit.
- Scroll to the relevant pricing section:
- In-Network Service Pricing
- Out-of-Network Lab Test Services
- Out-of-Network Other Test Services
- Locate the service you want to remove.
- Click the trash can icon to delete the service
What Happens Next
- The service will no longer appear to requesters when viewing that site
- You will not receive new requests for the removed service at that location
- Historical data for previously completed services remains unaffected
Best Practices
- Review service offerings regularly to keep your network profile accurate
- Remove services immediately when operational availability changes
- Communicate with requesters if changes impact existing or pending requests
Keeping your service listings up to date ensures that requesters can trust the availability and accuracy of your offerings across all collection sites.
