Reporting -Generating Your Monthly Report for Lab Reports


  1. First select the “Reporting” button from the menu at the top of your screen.



  1. Select “Lab Reporting”


  1. Now you will select the “Date”  column, and choose the date fields you would like included.

  1. Next select the “Account & Donor” column and choose the fields you would like included.



  1. Now for the “Test” column, select your desired options. *You will be able to sort these results after the report has been generated.


  1. You are able to select the fields in the DOT and MRO columns as well.


  1. Now you will need to select the “Generate By” option. 



  1. Now select the date range you are looking for the report for. There are some quick pick options available for you to choose from as well.


  1. Select “Quick Report” to immediately query the database and filter results below (please note this option is limited to 100 rows). Select “Report Download” for larger reports, this will run the report in the background and send you an email with a link to the report in CSV format when it completes. Depending on report size and server load, this could take a few seconds, or 30 minutes or more. You are also able to password protect the file for Downloaded report.


  1. You are able to save this report setup for future use by selecting the “Save Report Setup” option at the bottom of the screen.


  1. For Quick report, once the report results have been generated you are able to sort these results below.



  1. Once you have sorted the results as desired, you are able to export these results by selecting the “Export Filtered” option. You are also able to “Export All” should you not wish to sort the results.
