Reporting - Generating your Report for Non-Lab Tests



  1. First select the “Reporting” button from the menu at the top of your screen.


  1. Next select “Test Report”


  1. Now select the type of test you are looking for a report for (You are able to select more than one) then select “Next”.  You should be able to choose from any of the types you have active in your account (Ex. Drug test, Hearing test, etc). 


  1. Now you are able to fill in the columns you would like used in the report:


-Date (Date tested and/or date sent to lab)


-Account & Donor (Account, Donor name, Donor ID)


-Test (Collection site name, Unique ID, Specimen ID, Reason for test)

-On-site test type fields (Ex: Drug Test POCT)

  1. Next select the date range you would like to run the report for, there are also some preset options for you to choose from.

  1. Select “Quick Report” to immediately query the database and filter results below (please note this option is limited to 100 rows). Select “Report Download” for larger reports, this will run the report in the background and send you an email with a link to the report in CSV format when it completes. Depending on report size and server load, this could take a few seconds, or 30 minutes or more. You are also able to password protect the file for Downloaded report.


  1. You are able to save this report setup for future use by selecting the “Save Report Setup” option at the bottom of the screen.


  1. For Quick report, once the report results have been generated you are able to sort these results below.

  1. Once you have sorted the results as desired, you are able to export these results by selecting the “Export Filtered” option. You are also able to “Export All” should you not wish to sort the results.
