Setting Collection Site Pricing
After adding your collection site to Veriport’s Network, you’ll need to define your service pricing.
Veriport allows Providers to set separate rates for In-Network and Out-of-Network testing services as well as specific pricing per collection site.
In-Network Pricing
In-network pricing applies when a Requester selects your site but uses their own lab, MRO, and test kits. You are reimbursed based on the agreed in-network rate for each service type.
How to Set In-Network Pricing:
- Log into your Provider account.
- Go to My Sites and select the site you want to edit.
- Click on the Pricing tab.
- Under In-Network Pricing, enter your rates for services you offer, such as:
- Urine drug collection (DOT)
- Urine drug collection (non-DOT)
- Hair drug collection
- Oral fluid drug collection
- Breath alcohol testing (BAT)
- Oral fluid alcohol testing
- Save changes to apply updates to your profile.
Note: In-network pricing is subject to acceptance by Requesters. Be competitive and transparent to improve your match rate.
Out-of-Network Pricing
Out-of-network pricing applies when you, the Provider, use your own lab, MRO, and supplies. These services carry additional costs and are priced at your discretion.
How to Set Out-of-Network Pricing:
- While editing your site profile, navigate to the Pricing section.
- Scroll to the Out-of-Network Pricing section.
- Enter your service rates, which may include:
- Collection + lab + MRO (bundled)
- On-site testing fees
- POCT testing
- Ensure you include any conditions or service notes if applicable.
- Save to publish your out-of-network pricing.
