Setting Up Your Veriport Password from the Welcome Email

Steps to Set Up Your Password

  1. Check Your Email: Look for an email from no-reply@veriport.ca with the subject line "Welcome to Veriport". If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Open the Email and Click the Link: The email contains a unique, secure link that will take you to Veriport’s password setup page. Click the link or copy and paste it into your browser.
  3. Create Your Password: On the password setup page, enter a strong password. Your password should:
    • Be at least 8 characters long
    • Include both uppercase and lowercase letters
    • Contain at least one number
    • Optionally include a special character for added security
  4. Confirm Your Password: Re-enter your chosen password to confirm, then click "Set Password".
  5. Log In to Veriport: After setting your password, you will be redirected to the login page. Use your email and new password to log in and access your Company Dashboard.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • If your setup link has expired, contact your MRO or Veriport support to receive a new welcome email.
  • Make sure your email client does not block links or mark automated emails as spam.
  • If you encounter any issues logging in, you can use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset your password.
