Submitting A Change Request

Submitting A Change Request

If you have assigned and delivered an MRO report and are seeing an error on the report please use the following steps to request a correction for this report.

Step 1

Scroll down to the “Recently Delivered MRO Reports” section of your dashboard, and select the arrow next to the report you are wanting corrected. From the drop down menu select the “Request a Change” option.

Step 2

From the pop-up window that appears, select your reason for change from the options provided. Multiple options can be selected if multiple changes are required. If your reason for change is not showing as an option, please scroll down to the “Other” option.

**If “Other” is selected please specify what change is required and what the report should now state.

Step 3

You will now need to enter the information you are wanting the report to be updated to. Now enter the information into the appropriate fields with the updated information for the report.

Step 4

Once you have filled in all of the fields select the “Submit” button and your request will be sent to your MRO for approval.

**If your change request requires an MFR your MRO office will issue this to you once your request has been received. Your request cannot be completed until the completed MFR has been received by your MRO office.

Step 5

Once your request has been submitted you are able view the requests from the “Change Requests” section of your Veriport dashboard. When the request has been approved and updated, the result will be returned to the “Unassigned MRO Reports” section of your dashboard.
