Undelivering An MRO Report

If you have delivered a report and have accidentally assigned it to the wrong client or are needing the report returned to your dashboard for any reason, please see the steps below for bringing the report back to your dashboard.


Step 1

Scroll down to the “Recently Delivered MRO Reports” section of your dashboard. (If the report you are needing returned to your dashboard is not showing in the recently delivered MRO reports section of your dashboard select the “View More Reports” option at the top of this section to view all of your delivered MRO reports)



Step 2

Select the drop down arrow next to the result you are wanting to bring back to your dashboard and choose “Undeliver Report” from the menu.



Step 3

You will now be prompted with a pop-up window to confirm you are wanting to undeliver the result. You will need to select “OK” for Veriport to begin processing the request.



You should now see the result under the “Undelivered MRO Reports” section of your dashboard.
