Here is a quick explanation of the Veriport statuses you may see and what they mean.
Awaiting CCF2 - The specimen ID will appear in the "CCF Requests" section of your dashboard. Please submit a copy of the CCF2 and allow time for processing.
Pending Quality Assurance - The result and CCF are being processed. Your MRO office may request additional information if needed.
Awaiting MFR - Your MRO office is waiting for the completed MFR to be returned, please submit and allow time for processing.
Awaiting Donor Interview - Your MRO office is attempting to contact the donor.
Pending Verification - Your MRO office is waiting for additional documentation.
Pending Report Release - Your MRO office will release your results shortly.
Once your MRO office has released your results, you should see them on your dashboard under the “Unassigned MRO Reports” section. Once you have assigned the result you will see the result move to the “Undelivered MRO Reports” section of your dashboard.
