How to set an employee as active or inactive

How to set an employee as active or inactive


  1. Scroll down to the “Donors” section of your Veriport dashboard.


  1. On the right side above the donor names, select the “Show All” option.


  1. Now you will be able to see all of the employees under your account. Beside the name of the employee that you wish to change the status for select “Edit Donor”.


  1. At the bottom of the page you will see a toggle switch, you may click this switch to set the employee as active or inactive. 


  1. Once you have set the employee as active or inactive click “Submit” and you have updated this employee.


NOTE: If an employee is in a pool, they are unable to be set as inactive until they have been removed from the pool.
