How to set an employee as active or inactive

How to set an employee as active or inactive

  1. Click the “Employees” drop-down menu from the top menu bar.


  1. Select “Employee List”.

  2. On the right side above the employee’s names, select the “Show All” option.


  1. Now you will be able to see all of your employees. Beside the name of the employee that you wish to set as active select “Update”.

  2. At the bottom of the page you will see a toggle switch, you may click this switch to set the employee as active or inactive. Green is active, no colour is inactive.

Once you have set the employee as active or inactive click “Submit” and you have updated this employee.


NOTE: If an employee is in a pool, they are unable to be set as inactive until they have been removed from the pool.
