Network Dashboard Overview

Network Dashboard Overview

The Network Dashboard is the central hub for managing drug and alcohol test requests between requesters (TPAs) and providers (CSPs) within Veriport’s Network. It allows both parties to track, manage, and fulfill test requests efficiently, whether the tests are in-network or out-of-network.

Dashboard Structure

  • Outbound – In-Network: For requesters to view and manage in-network test requests sent to providers. These tests use the requester’s designated lab, MRO, and testing supplies.
  • Outbound – Out-of-Network: For requesters to track test requests fulfilled by providers using their own lab, MRO, and supplies. These tests typically incur additional costs.
  • Inbound – In-Network: For providers to view and manage in-network test requests they’ve received from requesters. Providers collect the sample, but the requester handles the lab, MRO, and supply logistics.
  • Inbound – Out-of-Network: For providers to manage test requests using their own lab, MRO, and supplies. Results are returned to Veriport after MRO review for delivery to the requester.

Key Features

  • Status Tracking: Monitor the progress of each test from scheduling to result delivery.
  • Filtering and Search: Quickly locate specific requests using filters and search functions.
  • Network Visibility: View participating requesters and providers, aiding decision-making for test fulfillment.

In-Network vs. Out-of-Network

  • In-Network: Uses the requester’s lab and MRO accounts. Results are routed directly to the requester via Veriport. No additional out-of-network fees apply.
  • Out-of-Network: The provider uses their own lab and MRO. Results are sent to Veriport after review, then delivered to the requester. Additional fees may apply, and turnaround times may vary.
